CS Weight Loss 8 Week Challenge End

Well the time has come to end my CS Weight Loss 8 week challenge, as you will be able to see for yourself the pics show quite a change to my body shape. My final weigh in will be on Wednesday, so will let you know how it goes.

Did my weigh in today Wed 31/10/07 at Priceline & i have lost 10kgs & 28cm's! I'm happy with the results. If I can do it, anyone else can too!!!

Starting my CS Journey

I went to a charity ball on Saturday 6 August 2007 & decided that Monday was definately starting day for my new "diet'" adventure! Here's a picture of me on that night!!


I started my CS (Celebrity Slim) diet on Monday 8 August 2007 - I weighed in at 98kgs. This was the heaviest I had ever been my whole life & i will never to get that big again!!! I have a goal weight of 70kgs by May 2008, I will be a bridesmaid for my sister & it will also be my 30th!

I also signed up on the CS forum & met up with some great buddies, who were also undertaking the same weight loss journey as myself. Needless to say, that i soon became addicted to posting & chatting to my new found friends. The best part was, I was more motivated than i have ever been for anything, and I was going to succeed, especially with the support of my husband, best friend, family & new forum friends.......

After week 1, I was very excited when i had a loss of 4kgs! More motivation to keep going, as it was working!

After a few weeks of losses & up to week 4 on the program, CS released the CS Weight Loss Challenge, I jumped at the chance to win $10,000 and got my 5 year old to take my pictures. OMG - they looked terrible, but this was just what i needed to stick on the fridge & keep focused on the big picture.

I went off to Priceline & submitted by forms & got weighed in at 94kgs, even though i had already lost 5.5kgs - the scales must have been different. Here's the picture i submitted -->> (no laughing!!!)......

I thought that my losses had been good but weeks 2-5 were all under 1kg & was working hard. So by week 6 (week 2 on CS Challenge) I started taking the fat burner tabs. I was sceptical at first but after a couple of weeks noticed that since taking the tabs my losses were over 1kg every week.

To date I am down to 86.7kgs, I am almost finished Week 9 - weigh in on Monday! I wore a pair of pants that had sat in my cupboard since I bought them about a year ago too small. Needless to say they now fit & i'm very happy, my body is shrinking down to where it once used to be & i'm more determined & motivated to keep on going til goal (and stay there too).

Here is a pic that my daughter took of me this evening. I'm sure you will be able to see the difference in body shape already! It always goes from the top half first!! (Darn)

I'm loving the results & the program & would recommend it to anyone! It's easy to follow, shakes & soups are very nice! And everyone on the forum & our little chat room are tops!!!
